Indirect property investment is money invested in managed investment funds. Pooled with money from other investors, it is then invested into property on your behalf.
Direct investment is the purchase of freehold or leasehold property, to be wholly owned by you. This brings obvious advantages, but requires knowledge, time and inclination.
Property investment is a big commitment. It’s essential to have the right advice, every step of the way.
