At Patel Pike, two of our key ‘tools’ are the accounting software package MYOB and the online accounting support service, BankLink. Not only do these tools provide us with excellent tools in our accounting practice, even more importantly they offer significant added efficiencies to our clients.
This is a double-entry accounting system with many accounting applications. It allows us to handle all your accounting procedures in accordance with IRD requirements, and has provision for us to generate reports about your business that can be used for business planning and growth.
This service allows us to access your bank statement online, without risk. That means that we do not have to wait for you to provide us with information about your deposits and withdrawals, and can therefore update your accounts at any stage throughout the month. For you, that means your books are always up to date and we can readily produce monthly reports on the state of your business and its financial situation.
Both MYOB and BankLink are safe, simple, proven systems that significantly alleviate the burden of accounting for our clients.
